Cancellation Policies
1. Should there be absentees/more players on the actual game day, we will readjust the cost of the games accordingly. Please do contact us prior to the start of the game should there be adjustments to the number of players. Any additional fees to be paid on the spot or will refund to you via paynow bank transfer.
i.e If the booking is for 7 pax at $30 each, and there are 2 absentees on the day, the cost of the game will be re-adjusted to 5pax at $34 per pax. Hence we will re-adjust the cost of the game to: $170 and will refund $40 to you.
2. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will receive a 100% refund of the booking fees paid.
3. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date will receive a 90% refund of the booking fees paid.
4. Cancellations made 4-6 days before the event date will receive a 80% refund of the booking fees paid.
5. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date will receive a 75% refund of the booking fees paid.
6. Failure to contact us after the date of event will result in a forfeit of deposit.
